Any how, for shipping damages we accept for replacement if available.
Damage claims will not be encouraged without Unboxing videos right from cuting open of the grey cover with sharp objects. The video should be uncut without any pauses.
Return acceptance/ Refunds are sole decisions of the company
After acceptance from our end it takes 7 to 15 days to process the concern.
As we use couriers (third party) , we will not be able to make reverse pickups.
It is the sole responsiblity of the customer to ship back the product once agreed and share the tracking of the reverse courier by 48 hours of the delivery to our whatsapp number .
Shipping charges are not refundable at any case.
