Shipping will be initiated from our warehouse in CHENNAI, TAMILNADU.

We use third party logistic partners and are not responsible for the delays in delivery.

If the parcels return back due to customer inavailablity the order will be reshipped after the customer pays the additional charges  and the orders cannot be cancelled at any cost.

Our deliveries happen only with OTP and hence there is less chance of miscommunications.

The address for communication will be as per the customer's entry in the shipping address.

If you do not receive the order after 15 days from the date of shipping please contact us. 

We do not accept returns, refunds or exchanges for any kinds of concerns like.

Any how, for shipping damages we accept for replacement if available.

Return acceptance/ Refunds are sole decisions of the company

After acceptance from our end it takes 7 to 15 days to process the concern.

As we use couriers (third party) , we will not be able to make reverse pickups.

It is the sole responsiblity of the customer to ship back the product once agreed and share the tracking of the reverse courier by 48 hours of the delivery to our whatsapp number  .

Shipping charges are not refundable at any case.

For no other reason , Return/Refund/Exchange/Replacement will be made.
